How do I determine the correct bike size for my height?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Generally, our frames are categorized by height ranges, but we recommend measuring your inseam for the most accurate fit. If you are between sizes, sizing down offers more control, while sizing up provides more stability.
Do Tommaso bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, our bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide to help you get on the road quickly.
What is your return policy for cycling apparel and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. For apparel, items must be unworn with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cycling shorts or bibs that have been worn.
Does my Tommaso bike come with a warranty?
Yes, every Tommaso frame and fork is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties, typically for one to two years.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
Can I upgrade the components on my bike later?
Absolutely. Tommaso bikes are designed using industry-standard specifications, making them fully compatible with aftermarket upgrades from major brands like Shimano and SRAM. This allows your bike to grow with your cycling ability.
